WordLGen v.1.2 online

Added:
    -added the combination of upper and lower case

Bugs:
    -paramter may still be vulnerable due to wrong use
    (like "-f -a "xxx yyy"" will take -a as filename and throw errors on "xxx" and "yyy" as not defined params)

Added executable ".jar" file to github

Uploaded a direct executable version of my programm today.

(runable through: "java -jar WordLGenV1_12.jar [params]"
